Get In Touch

Every project starts with a conversation. Tell us what you are working on.

We work with independent artists, filmmakers, production companies and music industry professionals. Before anything else, we want to understand your project, what it is, what stage you are at, and what you need from us.

There is no commitment in getting in touch. We will come back to you, usually within two working days, and we can take it from there.

You are welcome to email us at: management@zabspencermusic.com

Before You Get In Touch

We work with a small number of projects at any one time. Before sending files, please make contact so we can discuss your project and confirm availability. Once the brief is agreed, we will send secure upload instructions and file preparation guidance directly.

To help streamline our conversation, here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.

Can I contact you directly?

Yes. Send an email to management@zabspencermusic.com outlining your project, your needs, and your timeframe. We will come back to you with availability and next steps.

Can I send my audio files first?

Please make contact before sending any files. Once we have spoken and agreed the brief, we will send you a secure upload link with file naming instructions.

How should I prepare my audio files?

24-bit WAV or AIFF at 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz or 96kHz. Please do not convert or resample before sending. Supply the files at the resolution they were recorded or produced at.

What about effects and processing?

Please supply us with audio files dry, without reverb or effects applied to the mix bus. Individual tracks with effects that are integral to the sound are fine to include. If in doubt, include both a wet and a dry version.

How do I send the audio files?

We will send a secure upload link once the brief is agreed. Please name files in the following format: Artist_SongName_Key_Tempo — for example, ZabSpencer_Midnight_Amin_120bpm.

What is your revision policy?

Our aim is to deliver the best possible version of your project the first time. Should you need revisions, we will work with you until you are satisfied. Revisions are part of the process.
